Trump has no idea just how much soft power USAID funnels into intelligence. Even after they’ve turned themselves into contractors instead of facilitators there’s still so many tertiary avenues for information.
I believe that the oligarchy want to depopulate the planet of all who are sick, disabled, different than what they look like(meaning white) and then enslave the rest… it’s truly an apocalyptic vision of the future they want.
You are absolutely right that Rotary was working on making polio vaccines available throughout Africa long before the '95 campaign. But when the international effort really came together, bringing abroad CDC and USAID was necessary to really provide the scale and heft necessary.
It's always tricky in talking about these things — no one agency or group ever ends a famine, or erradicates a disease. But that's what made USAID incredible: It jumped abroad the successful efforts of groups who had been effectively doing this work for years, and supercharged it into history-changing victories.
You're right to note it was a Rotary initative, though!
And continues to be Rotary lead with Gates Foundation specifically supporting the effort because it is Rotary lead. Thanks for the response.....as a Canadian Rotarian we work very hard to NOT be lumped in with any government programs!!

I would hope you will check on what agencies tackled and nearly eradicated polio - and see that Rotary has been a major player since the start.
