I thought that they were going to sign the agreement and then Trump and Vance instead used the opportunity to try and berate Zelenskyy, ending with no deal signed?

I wrote this just as Zelensky was arriving at the White House. My understanding was that the deal was signed before the blow-up in the Oval Office тАФ but, indeed, no. I've updated!
